The Physical Plant Office (PPO) sees to it that the campus is clean, safe, functional, and attractive. PPO continuously finds ways of improving its services and systems toward a more efficient building and grounds management, as well as security and safety administration.
PPO is composed of two sub-offices namely the General Maintenance and Security Office.
1. General Maintenance
Under the General Maintenance Office are the three sections:
1.1 Maintenance Section – performs carpentry (finishing and general), masonry, welding, painting/ varnishing, electrical/ electronics and plumbing works.
1.2 Grounds Section – maintains the cleanliness, gardening and landscaping of grounds in the University
1.3 Janitorial Section- maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the University facilities such as offices, classrooms, comfort rooms, lobbies, corridors, stairways, etc.
2. Security Office
The Security Office performs security and safety operations for safeguarding of life and property.

2.2.3 Crime Prevention, Protection and Investigation Service

2.2.5 Emergency Preparedness and Drills
2.2.6 Traffic and Parking Regulations
2.2.7 Special Posting of Security Advisory during Special Events
