Graduates who hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a college of good standing are eligible for admission to studies leading to Master's degree. Also, graduates who hold a master's degree or its equivalent from a school of good standing are eligible for admission to studies leading to Doctoral degree.
Application
Every student seeking admission to the Graduate School must take and pass the entrance examination. Apply in person during enrollment period at the Graduate School Office.
Credential Requirements
Applicants for admission into the Graduate School must present upon registration the following credentials:
1. Honorable Dismissal or
2. Valid Transcript of Record
3. Special Order
4. Permit to Study – (for government employees and foreign students)
5. Copy of These – (for non-XU mater's graduate)
6. Others as may be required
For transferees, the University will accept only a maximum of 50% of the units acquired from other institutions provided that these units correspond to the approved subjects offered at Xavier University.
Accreditation of units of those taken/earned from non-formal nature will be subject to rules and regulations established by the University.
